2025 will be the fourth season on staff for Coach Polce, and his second as offensive coordinator.

Prior to being named offensive coordinator, Polce served as Wide Receivers Coach in 2023 and Offensive Quality Control Coach in 2022. Coach Polce also assisted with the JV Highlanders in 2022.

While on The Hill, Polce has served as the primary position coach for 3 All-Division selections and 2 All-County selections.

This is Polce's third stint with the Highlanders. His initial coaching run at GL was as a volunteer in 2008 before returning as an assistant in 2016. In between, he was at Roselle Park High School as the WR/LB coach and JV head coach from 2010-2015.

Polce graduated from St. Anselm College in May 2008. He is a 2004 graduate of Governor Livingston High School, and played at LB for the Highlanders during his high school career.
